일리노이주 차량번호판이 내년부터 링컨대통령 얼굴이 담긴 새 디자인으로 교체된다. 주총무처는 새 번호판 교체는 기존 예산으로 충당되며 추가로 소요되는 비용은 없다고 밝혔다. 제시 화이트 총무처장관이 새 번호판(좌)과 구 번호판을 보여주고 있다.<AP>
